Pets Welcome

We are happy to hear that you and your pet have decided to make your new home at an Alliance community! Before you move in, we ask that you review our breed restrictions and schedule an appointment so our office team can meet your pet. In addition, a written and signed consent form, veterinarian statement, additional security deposit and registration may be required prior to moving your pet into the community. 

Breed Restrictions and Guidelines

  • Pets cannot exceed 99 lbs at full maturity
  • A maximum of 2 pets per apartment

If you already live at an Alliance community and are getting a new “roommate" (of the four-legged variety), make sure to notify the leasing office right away so we can help you make the appropriate arrangements. Please refer to your lease agreement/pet addendum for additional details, requirements or restrictions that may apply. 

The following breeds (purebred and/or any mixed form) are currently restricted at Alliance communities: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Sheperd, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrid.
