It has been amazing begin a resident here for the past couple of years. The facilities are very nice and the staff is super caring and friendly. Management always sends out messages to keep residents informed about all kids of details affecting our community. Truly happy to reside here at Broadstone Toscano!

Maintenance staff are good , they normally respond to issues promptly. On the whole community is good but cleaning needs to be better as a lot of times the corridors flooring are left dirty for days. More supervision is needed.

Some things could be better: key fobs don’t consistently work in all parts of the apartment (doors near pool by leasing office and gates leading to pool near gym don’t work); garage gate for apartment entrance breaks down and stays open every other month; some cars missing their wheels; mail theft in mail box area; and fire alarm going off in the middle of the night for hours

The area where the complex is located is great. All the teams that work in the leasing office are very kind and always willigg my to help. Maintenance department is awesome, and whenever we had an issue they always came and solve and fix real quick.

I would place 5 stars since I enjoy living here, but recently another resident stole my Amazon order dropping it to 4 stars. I understand it was my fault for not being present to accept the delivery. However, I still expected more from the other residents making me have to be wary of any order being delivered to my apt.

The community and the unit are pretty clean, but the Fitness is a little bit small. The location is good and the shuttle service is really helpful for the TMC students.

Apartments are located close to supermarket and bus stops and offers a private shuttle service to the TMC. Comes with a bunch of useful amenities like gym, pool and common area. They also have valet trash service and fetch which you cannot opt out off considering Fetch's general reputation. Apartments are nice, fairly sound proof which good fixtures. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful so any issues get resolved fairly quickly.

This is our 3rd year at Broadstone and its been a delight. The team at leasing office and the maintenance crew are very helpful and responsive.

Overall my experience has been good. The people in the office are always helpful and maintenance does a fine job with resolving issues and keeping the building clean. Most neighbors are friendly however I have experienced a few rude & unhappy individuals. Besides that, I enjoy living in the space I’m in so far.

The water flow is very low, and there is a lot of noise from the parking lot. The location is excellent and the building is maintained from the outside. It would have been better to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the corridors and elevators.

Garage exit gates are currently broken and the PDK app doesn’t work correctly. Some of the walk through gates don’t work at all with the app.

Quiet, friendly residents and very well kept. Maintenance is on property if you have an emergency like I did recently. Only complaint is the locks on the doors are tricky and the garage is a little scary the way people drive.

Very luxurious space, clean and quiet. I felt very safe here. The gate going up and down and occasionally hitting cars was a huge negative for me. The staff was super nice and maintenance was spectacular!

Overall the complex is good. I’ve lived here for four years and not many complaints. They apartment layouts and maintenance is great. There are sometimes noise and gates issues.

The Pdk system is a headache. I wish the Key fobs were complementary when you sign a lease here like I’ve experienced at other apartments. The pool view wasn’t the best due to how loud it is in the summer months. Overall experience 3 stars.

I'm more than happy to have decided to move here. The amenities, the reception people, and the management are fantastic. Everything gets fixed on the same day, and the people are incredibly kind. Apartments are spacious, with tons of storage space. Love them!

Beautiful complex, friendly and helpful staff, and I appreciate the PDK security gates👍🏻 gives a feeling of peace of mind. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because AT&T needs to install fiber… it’s almost 2024 and we’re still using old school broadband modems??

I love the complex from the first tour. I made every effort to get approved and here I am living my life like it's golden. Fa sho. I like the 3 count 'em 3 pools. The entry decor around every apartment door and the high ceilings.

I love the location, the amenities and the staff. Every time we needed something, they have helped in the shortest period of time. The only thing I didn’t like that much is that one of the swimming pool was closed for a long time

The wireless version of pdk has been down for a very long time. I was locked in the pool area because the scanner wouldn’t open the door. The electricity goes out often. The hallways are very dirty and smell like dog. Food deliveries can never find my apartment because there are no signs on the walls. Mail gets stolen out of mailboxes all the time because someone made a copy of the master key and no one has changed the locks. The only good thing here is the maintenance men. They respond quickly and are very helpful.

The overall experience is very good. Good location. About 10mins drive to work. Neighbors are friendly. The only problem is the internet. The slow ATT internet makes work from home impossible. If fibers are available, this apartment will be perfect.

We enjoy the convenient location and its quiet surroundings. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance team is responsive to our very occasional requests. As long as the Starbucks coffee machine keeps on working, we are happy tenants.

At least the worst is over. Things are started to get back to normal. Maintenance is done within a reasonable wait time although the communication is still very hard. PDK entrance is still a big mess. It is just broken all the time and the main door is hanging up there. I feel like it is safer without it.

Surprised by how big is the space for a reasonable price. The building is clean and love the coffee machine. The gym is my favorite place to be in my free time, although the bathroom dispensing soap is broken.

I love my individual apartment it is great! As long as you have pest control coming at least once or twice a year. The complex on the other hand never seems to get the cleaning that is much deserved. However the tenants keep to ourselves and everyone enjoys the amenities.

Yeni was super nice from the time we inquired about potentially leasing here to helping us with all of the paperwork. The entire staff made us feel very welcome and always answered our questions in a timely manner. The coffee machine in the leasing office is a nice touch. Pools are beautiful and gym is well air conditioned. The one downside is that there are roaches (10+ present when we first moved in) but the exterminators did come when requested. Maintenance staff always comes promptly and it is fun to converse with them in Spanish. Great experience, thank you!

My experience so far has been great. The apartments are comfortable, the community is clean and nice, the leasing office is friendly and good to work with regarding questions. Also, the shuttle to the medical center is a great asset as it saves a lot of money in parking!

The head maintenance guy is awesome. He is very nice and so helpful. This property is lucky to have him. The hallways are dirty. Someone needs to be cleaning those daily. The hallways need apartment number directional signage. Food delivery to my door is impossible. And friends can never find their way.

The move in process was less than ideal. Lots of bumbs in the road. Flooring wasn’t updated as promised and apartment wasn’t professionally cleaned. Moving is already stressful and we were just hoping for a better process

Many broken appliances, we are restricted to only one internet provider which is costly. The open air concept probably helps drive up my energy bill, so the cost of rent is at least $300 more per month than what I pay

I have emailed about the problem of pigeons in the fourth floor of the parking lot. But I only get one reply telling me that they cannot be prevented. They didn't reply more and I cannot realize that they are trying to solve the problem for 2 weeks.

The Amenities are great with very nicely maintained common spaces, a well equipped gym and lounge area. Plenty of parking but there have been a few incidence with break ins in the garage and odd smell in some stairwells and elevators.

I love my apartment itself. However, there is not 24 hour maintenance services available, because there short staffed. As well as I’ve had a package stolen and evidence point to a maintenance worker who is no longer with the company, thank God.

Everything was so smooth and clear and even when I needed a change on my date that they couldn’t make they helped me with it. So friendly. Instructions were clear and communication was clear throughout the application process.

Living here has been satisfactory. I have not had any issues with noise. The only complaint I have is about the parking garage. The front gate is often broken due to the drivers living here, and those same drivers are going much too fast inside of the deck, causing unsafe turning conditions.

So far it’s a nice place to live. Front desk staff is helpful and friendly. The only thing that has been annoying is the lack of directional signs in the corridors. It’s nearly impossible for deliveries to find your door. You always need to go to the front to get them or spend forever on the phone giving directions and that defeats the whole purpose of having something delivered.

I like these apartments a lot. In the leasing office they are very kind and the building is very nice. What I miss is a dog park, which is something that a lot of buildings are including now. Either way it is a pet friendly community and pets are very welcomed.

Apartment complex is pretty good. I’ve only had one delivery stolen in my two years, and that’s the worst thing that’s happened besides minor power outages,which is to be expected. They do not have 24hr maintenance. But I’d rather wait for the morning then have untreated worthy maintenance staff working where I live.

Security is a #1 concern. Have bee instances of vandalism and theft from the garage. Entry gates frequently do no work. Would like to see video surveillance added - this technology is relatively cheap at this time.

I love my apartment. And I appreciate how nicely kept the halls and outside are. But I wish i could be more notified when maintenance people are coming. I appreciate them coming quickly after I file a form. But I have to be careful if they come when I’m not home due to my dog.

The apartment is great, any maintenance issues have been handled expeditiously and to my complete satisfaction. The leasing office staff are friendly, however I’m learning that questions or issues seem to be handled with lip-service only. If you receive a reply at all, it is usually “we’ll look into that and get back to you”. I have been trying to reserve a parking spot for which the garage wall placard was destroyed for almost 3 months; how long does it take to reproduce a placard and attach it to the wall? Also, my suggestion to have the hallway doors in the parking garage marked with numbers visible from a vehicle seems to have been completely ignored. Delivery services or guests inevitably drive in circles until you are compelled to walk to the garage since it is impossible to give accurate directions. The Fetch package concierge service works as advertised about 50% of the time at best. After 5 months, I am regretting my decision to reside at this property.
